Medical Training Therapy
A well trained muscular system presents the best prevention against spinal disease. Targeted and supervised training is important, especially when there are already problems.
While training, the patient sits in a comparatively fixed position at a special training machine with an integrated computer. At the beginning of therapy, which comprises 12 to 18 units, this machine measures the strength of the back's muscles. Accompanied by exact instructions, these muscles are then trained while increasing the load. At the end of therapy, the strength of the back's extensor muscles are measured again.
